Microsoft and Google have finally decided to put aside their differences and have jointly agreed to effort out together. This union of Microsoft and Google will result into to end with giving Windows Phone users an official YouTube app.

Actually the story began some time ago when Microsoft had invited Google’s wrath by launching its own YouTube app. To be noted over here is that this YouTube app of Microsoft did not catered the advertisement, all this created a big fuss and hence led to an enormous demand of removing it from the scene.

The next by Microsoft in this regards was that Microsoft took a wise step and marked by uttering that it would be glad to join hands and put combined efforts for working with Google but here again, the stance of Microsoft was that it cannot add advertisements deprived of the company’s technical know-how.

As YouTube app is one of the most widely and extensively used apps between Android and iPhone users, Microsoft was not glad at all to grasp the scenario of their phone being left out in the cold, so on this provoked a serious apprehension and it took stuffs into their own hand and thus came up with a Youtube app of their own.  As Youtube was quiet outraged on this, they started criticizing it with a tall claim that the app was not within the compliance standard of their terms of agreement.

With this we can simply foresee that this union will be well appreciated by the users and critics and both the Google and Microsoft will look forward a mutual official app for YouTube.

Let’s go together

Let me quote over here a chunk by Microsoft which says that: “Microsoft and YouTube are working together to update the new YouTube for Windows Phone app to enable compliance with YouTube’s API terms of service, including enabling ads, in the coming weeks.

“Microsoft will replace the existing YouTube app in Windows Phone Store with the previous version during this time.”

The users must not forget that during the course of this disagreement Google was also a somewhat uncooperative and reluctant towards the option of downloading videos as of contained by the Windows Phone YouTube app, and also that the Microsoft has since detached that feature from the scene.

But since the matter has been sorted out, so now, heartiest congratulations for Windows Phone users who would be now in a capacity to access the videos of their choice throughout their lives.
