While we’re waiting for the next MacBook Pros and Mac minis, this week Apple has given us a plethora of new things to play with. This week Apple released major software updates for nearly every device they’ve made over the past 8 years. This includes new M2 MacBook Airs but also iPhones 6s users who are still holding onto their phones.

iPhone and iPad

iOS 16.1

  • Important Updates: The latest version of iOS 16.1 includes several features that were missing from the original release, including Clean Energy Charging, Live Activities and iCloud Shared Photo Library
