Google has refreshed their Chrome browser with new features suitable for researchers and heavy shoppers. In a recent blog post, Google announced a new price tracker and productivity improvement tool to help you find what you are looking for even faster. The sidebar on the search engine will now show all results from any website in one place, saving time when browsing online!
Open Search in Side Panel

The process of using the open search in the side panel is straightforward. You enter something into your browser’s address bar and click on a result, then click on “G,” which opens a search in the side panel in the address bar. The side panel has a similar interface to the Reading list and Bookmark, with easy access to all your search results at once. Clicking on any page will open it in your current tab!
The user can browse through pages and results without having to click back to have a look at other search results. If you want to compare prices and find the best deal, this is a great tool. You can also use it for research topics from multiple sources at once!
Price Track

Google has launched a new built-in price track feature to its Chrome browser. The company first introduced this feature on the mobile version, but now desktop users can take advantage of this feature as well! The great thing about the Store price tracker is that it allows you to see prices for products across several online stores at once. You’ll get an email if a seller updates their pricing so that you can buy that product when the price is right for you.
To get access to this feature, you have to sign in with your Google Account to the Chrome Browser to receive price drop alert emails. To use this feature to track product pricing, head to any online store and select the item you want. You’ll see an option for Track Price with bells in your address bar! Click on the Track Price button to start price-tracking this product. If you wish to stop tracking any product, click on the Tracking price and choose the Untrack option.
