  • Devices Can Be Managed Via The Web

You cannot only access Google Play from device app store, but you can also reach it by opening it in your web browser. In web browser, you will see multiple options available that aren’t available in the app store. You will also get availability of viewing and managing all your android devices linked with Google account. In order to view all devices you have to visit the website of Google Play at www.play.google.com. Now in the vertical menu click content option which will be on the left side of the window. After clicking on that content, settings icon will appear in top-right of the window. When you click on that icon, you will be able to see all your registered devices.

  • Password Protection For Orders

It is good practice to make your Google Play account password protected to make sure the unwanted purchases. To enable password protection for Play Store, open your Play app in your android device and just tap in the top right corner of the screen which will show three vertical dots. Now click on settings and in section of User Control, you will see password box to enter password. Just enter the password and then confirm it to get enabled. Once you enabled the Google Play store password protection, every time you will be prompted for password while purchasing for any app from the store.

  • Update Your Google Play Store Apps Automatically

If you want to have your apps updated automatically, then there is setting in play store settings menu called Auto Update apps. By turning this setting enabled, all your apps and games will update automatically instead of updating each app and game manually. After turning this option on, you will not see update notification for your apps again and again. To enable this setting, go to the three vertical bar icon residing at top right corner of the display and choose settings. In General section, tap the option for Auto Update Apps and confirm it.

  • Filter Google Play Store Content

In settings, there is content-filter settings menu available, which will give you facility to restrict the types of apps which you can download via your own account in the device. In order to view and modify your content settings, open your Play store app, click on menu icon at the top right corner of display and choose settings. In User controls, there will be Content Filtering Options named setting. You can customize the settings by checking or un-checking the boxes after every filter option available. There are five options for filtering apps which are Show All Apps, High Maturity, Medium Maturity, Low Maturity and Everyone.
